Campaign Data
All campaign data (NPCs, quests, combat encounters, session notes, party members) is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this data unless you explicitly choose to use cloud backup features (Premium feature, coming soon).
Email Address
When you sign up for our mailing list, we collect your email address solely for the purpose of sending launch notifications and updates about Campaign Codex. We do not share your email with third parties.
Analytics
We may use privacy-friendly analytics (such as Plausible Analytics) to understand how users interact with our website. This data is anonymous and does not track individual users.
Data Storage and Security
Your campaign data is stored locally on your device in an SQLite database. We employ industry-standard security measures to protect any data you choose to back up to our servers (Premium feature, coming soon).
Third-Party Services
Campaign Codex uses Apple's In-App Purchase system for subscription management. Apple's privacy policy governs their handling of payment information.

- Export your data (campaign databases can be exported from the app)
- Unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time
Children's Privacy
Campaign Codex is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
