Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Campaign Codex ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our App.

Use License

Campaign Codex grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on your iOS devices in accordance with these Terms.

Subscriptions

Premium Subscription

Premium features are available through an auto-renewing subscription. Subscriptions will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase and will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Free Trial

The free tier provides limited access to Campaign Codex features with no time restriction. Upgrading to Premium removes all limitations.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

User Data

You retain all rights to the campaign data you create within Campaign Codex. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use Campaign Codex to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to reverse engineer the App
  • Use automated systems to access the App

Disclaimer of Warranties

Campaign Codex is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Campaign Codex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

Third-Party Content

Campaign Codex is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Wizards of the Coast LLC. Dungeons & Dragons is a trademark of Wizards of the Coast LLC.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via the App or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
